2 days of working life

hmm..dunno how i shld begin oso..
ok i am working for popular warehouse now..doing price tagging for the upcoming road show..
it is not at je store but at its really warehouse side at toh tuck rd..quite an ulu place if u dun work there..it's juz a small rd into the place..$5.50 per hr is not exactly e best pay but at least ppl i worked with makes the job enjoyable..it's pretty manual n brainless work..

basically the conditions are dusty (after touching thousands of books and so far we only did chinese books) humid n no place to sit..if we hav nth to do we cannot sit..if we hav then we can sit on boxes, on e palate or on e floor..we will hav to unpack e boxes of books, price tag them then pack them in again..and books are not light..luckily we got alot more guys than girls..

our lunch time is not exactly wad we look forward to the most cos it is basically juz for eating..no time to even chitchat..bus leaves at 12.30 sharp n we reach places (differ fr day to day) in ard 10mins time where we gotta chiong to buy food..by 1.10pm we hav to start walking back to dropping off points where buses will pick us up..
it's really amazing how fast popular staff can eat..really..by the time we bought our food they are alr half way thru their meal..some even got time to shop n smoke..zai right?
i suffering fr indigestion at this rate of us eating lo..

going home (if no OT and we leave punctually at 5.30) will hav buses too..one to amk one to bedok n one to JE..sadly i got OT tmr n fri till 8pm..i hope i wun be too sehed tmr night >.<

PS: interestingly out of the 11 of us..besides me n nana being major in chinese another guy is fr NUS chinese too..same yr somemore haha..mayb i will see him when i go nus for exchange..he is in linguistic course =)
