The NTU Murder
Probably this is the most shocking news in Singapore history, for such attack cases only happens on tv and in the far away USA.
I am quite glad Singapore has no legalized guns or else who knows he might kill a few students or staff before his jump.
FYP is a stressful business, especially you cant achieve what is expected of you and ur prof is not of help at all. FYP is sth tat is constantly on your mind when you eat, shit, sleep and especially when you are playing games.
This feeling of guilt haunts you even before you started doing.
You worry for wad topic to do, how to do, till is it sufficient, am i clear in my writing? or did i miss out any info tat may pop up while you are shitting.
I feel sorry for the student's plight, for all the years he wasted in his studying and just one last step before the actual working life. Come on man, no matter how the prof insulted you, you dun have to suicide right? You can juz get a pass and get your degree.
This serves as a warning bell to all FYP advisors not to stress the students too much, and not to change here and there when it's nearing the deadline.
And of cos to my fellow FYP-ians, relax and just do your best in this final month.
We will be breathing fresh air in 2 weeks' time.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
This is one amazing movie i haven't seen in quite some time.
It really makes you ponder what is it like to live your life backwards, the beginning, the ending and the process.
The settings and the technology used are great. The cosmetic makeup is unbelievable too. They made brad pitt look so old and then in his early 20s (but still cant hide his handsome face ^^)
The movie is very very complete, as it took 166mins to narrate the whole life of benjamin.
There isn't a missing part in his life. His encounters made him who he is, how he faces life in such unusual way. How the movie makes it so logical is what made the audience thing it is truly probable too. Good story plot is what made this movie a success.

距离是美
以前，我常羡慕我班上和球队里的情侣，总是一对一对的形影不离
情人节或生日时还可以求共同的朋友试探心意，感觉上很浪漫。
可是，现在分的分，离的离，搞出的局面是聚会时人永远也不会到齐
听到的是，双方丑陋的一面
与平时见面的面目不相同，感觉上很可悲
当然，自己只能把最真实的一面给你的情人看
但是为什么可以相差得那么遥远呢？
以前的我，曾渴望到NUS 读中文系，很大的原因是相见的机会会比较大
但是我现在更能体会彼此距离的重要性
至少想避开对方时，不用那么刻意，想喘口气也轻松多了
我想，这也是为什么情侣、夫妇不能在一起工作的原因吧
现在我只希望双方都过得好时，也给彼此一条路走
伤口可以愈合，但伤疤不会磨灭
好聚好散，不要再揭伤疤了

Some boliao matters
Huat says my fringe makes me look like ponyo
but i dunno to be happy or sad..
happy cos ponyo v cute..sad cos she looks like a frog with chicken feet at times =.=
hope my fringe stays as it's tough to fight against e agonizing winds n my ancient-old partings
(someone told me my big forehead is a trademark..so with my fringe no one will recognize me? yay? -.-''')
Just now as i was queueing up to draw money at the ATM near my place.
I was juz thinking e lamination on my card is coming off n very irritating..
changing a card came as a passing thought..
then,
my atm card got eaten up (apparently i not the first, but why no one stop me in time!!)
so thanks to the dumb machine, i can change one for free now F3
