Remember I mentioned that my niece's cousin, who was same age as her, had cancer and even amputate her leg?

She did manage to hold on for a couple of days and went home.
But she was bidding for her time..
Barely even 12..She passed away this wed..

Tho I dunno her personally but i feel very sad when i heard e news..
such an intelligent gal..so young.but she din even manage to take her PSLE..
felt like crying XS

so unfair..

Welcome back Nana and Becca!!

After spending 4.5months in Taiwan for INSTEP, they are finally back haha..it really seems as tho they juz left for Taiwan not long ago..but so poor thing..both fall sick during the last 2wks..still tot nana will put on weight..goodness u are so skinny!! no wonder u hate me when i post photos on food..i promise to bring u eat good food k! as for becca..u are finally back!! i dun hav to go for socio lec n tut alone ::weeps:: time to plan some kbox session soon yayy!!

speaking for kbox..i din go to the one with pq,yf,qy,wt n qy's bf..partly to save money and partly cos i am so so so tired!! i juz napped for 2.5hrs with a funny headache bleah..muz be the weather finally getting into me haha..i juz bought 2 pairs of shoes yesterday..time to scrimp n save more le >.< esp gotta deduct sch fees again weH~~~

the day i saw steph sun....

today i saw steph sun in a mini shop in far east plaza cos jas were trying on some clothes..we were out looking for prez n oso to shop ourselves haha..place quite deserted so pretty shiok to shop..steph was inside e fitting room beside jas's..she asked her sis(i presume) to look n cos i sitting directly outside so when she opened abit to call her sis..she looked in my direction!!
yay she saw me!! for 2secs? o.O

ok la we din know she's there and deliberately go in..we were merely checking out e clothes..no wonder e lady boss looked funnily at me..tot i crazy fan sitting outside..but i was stunned to see her lo..i seriously respect public figure's privacy tho i really wanna get her autograph but the place and situation are too weird..a photo will be nice haha but still i din respond much..


i am a rational fan.


alot of shopkeepers came outside hoping to catch a glimpse at her..some even got their camera phone ready..but well..i shld let her enjoy some nice shopping in peace..

anw i bought a pretty nice bronze-coloured bag at 19.90..quite a bargain haha..tmr shall look for a nice pair of shoes =)

First day of work~

This is my first job in 2007..pay is pathetic considering i work only one full day per wk..
ahh..cheat me!! tot can earn at least 70bucks a wk..sobs! shld hav taken up e slack job at chinese heritage instd..

today kuku me went e long yet wrong way to find the NY executive ctr where alumni affairs office is located..muz be e lack of sleep which caused me to miss e signboard totally and went off in e wrong way..tat road is alr near jln bahar entrance and ulu, full of grass patch..my feet and hands were attacked by ants n spider webs..silly me still tot tat those faraway buildings are e ctr..
my feet were breaking due to walking such a long distance in heels (tho quite low) i finally gave up and lucky a cab came so i hailed it and made a U-turn back..it's juz where i initally alighted juz further in out-of-sight fr the main road..felt like slapping myself for being act smart..e taxi uncle happy lo..cos this kuku paid $4.70 juz making a turn in NTU ($2.50+$2peak hr charge)..so basically i only used 20c =.='''

i was 15mins late..tho i was early by 20mins


after tat thinking i am doing data entry..i ended up checking simple typing errors in the long list of alumni names..it's a torture to keep staring at the com..moreover at an excel spreadsheet..i was practically yawning my whole morning away (partly cos i cant find the coffee to drink in e pantry)..freezing room with all the temps working in it..after lunch we started a production line to send out packaged envelopes..only then more interactions with e rest of the guys..well not bad..we can slack on the job sometimes to rest our eyes, make coffee or go toilet..e senior temps using msn even..the reception in tat room is quite terrible tho..hard to send out sms..
all in all..it's still quite slack..juz v sian..my main challenge is how not to fall asleep on the job haha..

oh well..till nxt tue then i work again..can rest haha..
yup nxt time will not wear heels..burst a big blister again bleahz..
i shall wear smart casual..which is casual cos i'm smart hah =P

Thank goodness that i got everything back..
everything intact..even my passport-sized photo which i put as spare (doubt anyone will be interested to destroy haha)

All the butt ache is worth it as i travelled an hour to the terminal and asked the office..think they were expecting me..immediately asked me to fill up a form n show ic..wahaha i practically cannot believe my eyes lor..muz thank the 124 uncle for picking it up n din kope my photo n kbox card..erm i mean my cashcard..

This start of the year is already so damn happening..appeal for exam result(but failed), timetable kena messed up, new high-lighter n hair clip going missing and then my ez-link card matric card dropped..
but other than my high-lighter n hair clip still missing..all are solved now..
so i dunno if i heng or wad..

well..i suddenly feel happiness is when a lost cause is found =D

First Week of School~

My first week of school is very tiring..cos i have to settle alot on my timetable..
like going school damn early to wait for vacancies then go for lessons..not to mention all my subj are not exactly light..I am taking linguistics: system n structure, bilingualism, chinese lexicology, Modern Chinese Lit, sociology:person n society, and the craft of writing..but lucky i got everything settled by this wk..now left buying of textbooks..

i am pretty seh-ed n sian now..cos juz 2hrs ago i lost my clear folder where i keep my ez-link card, matric card, cashcard together..so e whole package was lost..since it's quite late so i did wad i can like making online report. Tmr i think i will hav to make a trip down to St Michael Terminal to see if I can find my cards back..wad a day to end today..

as if i got nothing else to get busy with..lucky thing is some cards i keep in wallet..those important ones..now i juz feel like sleeping..haiz..seh-ed

I really dunno wad to say...frustrated and utterly feel like killing myself and feel like burning the office of undergraduates..it's so irritating seriously..AAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok to understand why i feel so frustrated..muz understand 2 points:
one..i put my 2 linguistics modules under waitlist and yet i got kicked out when there are still vacancies..stupid right?

two, so i wanna add them back today..which is e slot of yr 2 to register..there are still places to go in..BUT

the bloody F***ing system do not allow me to go register!! why? cos i am apparently promoted to yr 3 one sem earlier as I accumulated enough AUs for it..and why I got to know only today?
The F***ing undergrad office claims that we ought to be aware of such arrangements and still wish us good luck..

They din even put in reminders in the add drop documents..are we supposed to know it?
Look at the list of announcements in stars..i bother to check and there's nth there..
how am i supposed to know i hav to look into degree audit and classification of students? even if i saw..there's no instructions telling me i shld register under yr 3 slot..

I juz missed my slot (the yr 3 one) yesterday and now all vacancies are taken up..
I gotta start looking for new subj to add in by tmr and hopefully there's still vacancies..

only 2 confirmed are my 2 cores..can u blame me for being so angry?

1st day of school...

Seriously..i long time nv feel like not going back to school..simply i feel tat this hols is much too short for a nice recharge after such a hectic yr..i am alr groaning n grumbling away..i dun wanna study la!!! ::cries::

ok today has been a boring and tiring day (only consolation is i bought v nice egg tarts at clementi >.<) ya due to my irregular sleeping hours during e hols..waking up at 7.30 today is quite a killer..plus listening to e briefing while my stomach was tossing in pain was oso quite a torture..peter juz filled us in on some details on our IA nxt intersem and INSTEP stuff..always so little details on GSS..i wanna go HK..dun fight w me k..

after that hor..went to hc250..she is so power that she can drive me n ah huat to boredom and me knocking out juz introducing her content list..saded..her voice is monotone lo..i gonna die..
i cant drop it since it's v impt in learning linguistics..hope my perservance will give me a good grade in e end..

haha i can hardly feel tat it's a brand new yr alr..cos of uni system i feel as tho it's still june now..
oh well..new sem gonna start soon and many of us are going to turn 21..
i gonna make some new yr wishes XDDD:

3. Have a wonderful 21st birthday
4. Have a laptop
